The Falkland School Association (FSA) plays a crucial role, not only in resourcing the school but also in uniting our community through various events throughout the year.

We support children in becoming confident, independent individuals who relish challenges and are motivated to learn. I am extremely proud to lead a team whose dedication, energy and talent are inspiring. The staff are committed to children's well-being, achieving high standards and providing the very best opportunities for all in our care. Together with our supportive governors, we strive to deliver a rich and challenging curriculum that prepares them for future education and helps them to acquire the skills and enthusiasm needed to embrace the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of later life. Our relationships are based on mutual respect. Developing pupil voice is a huge driver at Falkland because we believe that our children have much to offer the leadership of the school.

I lead with kindness, integrity and value growth in staff and children; knowledge is a journey with no final destination. My 'why' reminds me of my purpose every day as your child's headteacher.
