What it means for us

Falkland School Privacy Notice

You may have heard that new EU-wide data regulations (GDPR) came in to force on 25 May 2018. To ensure the school complies with these, we have made some changes to our privacy notice for parents/carers and pupils. These include:

•	Clarity on what data we have, how we use it, why we need it and who has access to it.

•	Updates to the choices you have over how we use your data.

•	New details of who to contact if you have any concerns.
